Titanium V-band Assembly Quick Release Clamp

Titanium V-band assemblies are an affordable tube connection for diesel. They are designed for the fabrication of titanium exhaust systems. Thanks to titanium materials, they can withstand the temperatures after the catalytic converter. 

Interlocking V-Band Flanges use an interlocking surface. There is no need for a gasket to guarantee a leak-free seal. It also helps achieve flange alignment during installation. The interlocking surface is where male and female flanges meet within the clamp. It simplifies fitment and installation, even in the most confined spaces. The most significant difference is male/female flange compared with other shops. Machined slip lips inside are designed, which is our patent. The pipe to be welded on can slip in the flange perfectly and easily. You do not need to consider the tube tolerance anymore. Tifac Parts V-band slip lip is a great innovation in titanium fabrication. All Tifac Parts V-band kits are quick-release and come pre-antiseized. So, there is no worry about the failure of the clamp.

Tifac Parts V-band clamp assembly includes:

• One male interlocking style V-band titanium flange.
• One female interlocking V-band titanium flange.
• One stainless steel v-band quick-release clamp.

Tifac Part titanium V-band flanges are also sold as a single flange. Either a male V-band flange or a female V-band flange can be chosen. SS quick-release replacements are also available. All of them can match our V-band flange perfectly. Titanium V-bands can work perfectly with Tifac Part corresponding tubing.

Shortages

We will try our best to pack the boxes to avoid any damaged. As know, some damages or shortages may happen during long shipping. Any shortages (based on carton count) or damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery for credit or allowance to be considered.
