Tifac parts titanium pie cuts laser cut of thin wall titanium tubes. These items are made in a certified facility to guarantee a consistent centerline radius. After cutting, they will be de-burred and entirely cleaned. Then, the surface will be pickled to get a clean surface. Before packing, quantity inspection to ensure each slice meets Tifac Parts's standards. Finally, each pie cut piece is sealed individually. It offers a pre-assembled solution ready to be welded without any additional preparation.

Tifac Parts titanium pie cuts are available in 1mm(0.039") wall thickness. They can work perfectly with our corresponding titanium tubing, titanium elbow, and titanium bungs. Each pie cut has been designed with a 9° cut (4.5°each side) and tight centerline radius (CLR). Aim to take away the hefty cost of time, 5 pieces in each pack for a total of 45°bend are sold. You must open the package and return it to create your fabrication artwork.

Shortages

We will try our best to pack the boxes to avoid any damaged. As know, some damages or shortages may happen during long shipping. Any shortages (based on carton count) or damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery for credit or allowance to be considered.

Acceptance of delivery shall be understood to be without exception if no notice of deviation in count or damage is made to us within 30 calendar days.
