Half Titanium Half Stainless Steel V-band Clamp Assembly is an affordable tube connection. They can build unique exhausts that need titanium to stainless steel tube connections. They are designed to fabricate titanium piping systems and stainless steel exhaust systems. Thanks to the integrated design, the ‘Super V-Band’ owns both performances of the two materials.

Male/Female interlocking V-Band Flanges use an interlocking surface. There is no need for a gasket to guarantee a leak-free seal. It also helps achieve flange alignment during installation. The interlocking surface is where male and female flanges meet within the clamp. It simplifies fitment and installation, even in the most confined spaces. Compared with other shops, the most significant difference is male/female flange. Machined slip lips inside are designed, which is our patent. The welded pipe can slip into the flange perfectly and easily. You do not need to consider the tube tolerance anymore. Tifac Parts V-band slip lip is a great innovation in titanium fabrication. Please choose which side, male or female, you want to be ti or ss. All Tifac Parts V-band kits are quick-release. They come pre-antiseized, so there is no worry about failure of the clamp.

Tifac Part titanium V-band flanges are also sold as a single flange. Either a male V-band flange or a female V-band flange can be chosen. SS quick-release replacements are also available. All of them can match our V-band flange perfectly. Titanium V-bands can work perfectly with Tifac Part corresponding tubing.

Shortages
