Titanium Flex Bellows | Flex Joint

Titanium exhaust flex below is also called the titanium flex joint. These flex bellows can absorb the linear expansion from thermal changes in high-performance exhaust systems.

Tifac Parts flex bellows are designed with a 1.0mm thickness and 2-ply construction. Titanium is good at heat resistance. It allows the flex joints to handle very high exhaust gas temperatures. It can help prevent potential cracking in downpipes and turbo manifolds. The bellow takes the strain off in the exhaust system. Considering the applicability, the titanium flex below does not have an inner liner like the SS flex bellow. The flex joint bellows use a slip-fit connection design. This design allows the titanium tube of the same size to fit into the bellow and be welded in place.

Shortages
