Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit

Tifac Parts Titanium stud kits are made of lightweight and high-strength titanium. These studs and nuts are much stronger than regular steel but weigh about 45% less. The stud kits have excellent durability and protection from heat and wear. They also feature fantastic anti-corrosion and mechanical properties. It means they last longer than standard steel bolts. You won't be worried about stripped or broken bolts, which can cause leaks. They serve as ideal replacement hardware for corroded OEM inlet or exhaust manifold bolts.

The Tifac titanium stud kit features precise threads. It comes with a washer and 12-point nut. These help provide a stronger clamping force. The bigger washer diameters reduce the chance of the studs vibrating loose over time. The studs are 3mm for the M8 and 4mm for the M10 hex essential tip. You can fasten the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head. It prevents problems with sealing, nut/stud failure, and rust and corrosion. Each kit is ultrasonically cleaned and individually sealed. It provides a ready-to-use solution with no prep work required on the user's end.

Shortages

We will try our best to pack the boxes to avoid any damaged. As know, some damages or shortages may happen during long shipping. Any shortages (based on carton count) or damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery for credit or allowance to be considered.
