Titanium 3 Bolt Exhaust Flange

The Tifac Parts titanium 3 bolt flanges are made of 8mm titanium plates. They have a high strength-to-weight ratio and high-temperature resistance. The 3 hole flanges are used as titanium fabrication components in exhaust or turbo systems for enthusiasts and fabricators. You can achieve more accurate and leak-proof exhaust parts using exhaust bolt flanges and gaskets. The slotted holes are designed to allow for minor adjustments during installation. Compared with others, CNC machining is added in Tifac to keep a tight diameter tolerance, Even though it increases the cost. The toleration of bolt flanges is from 0.08 to 0.05mm. After cutting, they will be de-burred and thoroughly cleaned to remove flaws. They will be inspected for the dimensions and flatness. Finally, they are pickling to get a clean surface and ultrasonically cleaned. It offers a pre-assembled solution ready to be welded without any additional preparation.

Shortages
