Stainless Steel V-Band Quick Release Clamps

V-band clamps are an affordable and durable mechanic joining solution. They can fastens two circular flanges together, creating a seal to prevent leaks. They feature ease of use, high reliable sealing and can withstand extreme temperatures. In vehicle exhaust system, V-band clamps are used to connect exhaust components like downpipe.

This V-Band Clamp is a suitable replacement for, or compatible with our titanium V-band assembly or V-band Assembly half Ti and half ss flange. V-bands which made of stainless steel consist of a standard T-bolt and a band. The T-bolt is tightened using a clamping tool, which applies pressure to the band, compressing it around the flanges and creating a seal. 

Compared with other shop, Tifac Parts V-band clamps offer a special lock nuts with a Zinc plated metal. The Zinc plated lock nut keep clamp stays locked in placed during harsh conditions. 

All Tifac Parts V-band clamps are quick release style clamps. The quick release clamp has a latch that secures it in place, which is a big advantage. This latch allows for fast and easy assembly and disassembly if the clamp needs to be removed frequently. You can also remove and replace the T-bolt and nut section of the quick release clamp if needed.

Please note the V-Band Clamp size is designed to correspond to the diameter of the matching tube. The V-Band Clamp work can work with Tifac Parts V-band flanges and titanium tubes. It makes welding easy.

Payment

Title to any and all ordered products ordered from the site shall immediately transfer to you upon delivery of those goods, provided that the full amount must be cleared in to the bank account and we have received payment in full for products dispatched.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped air freight by express like UPS/FEDEX/DHL unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to select the appropriate freight carriers for orders depending upon size and weight unless otherwise specified by you.

Shortages

We will try our best to pack the boxes to avoid any damaged. As know, some damages or shortages may happen during long shipping. Any shortages (based on carton count) or damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery for credit or allowance to be considered.

Acceptance of delivery shall be understood to be without exception if no notice of deviation in count or damage is made to us within 30 calendar days.
