The titanium exhaust tube is precision rolled and seam welded from a thin wall-thickness titanium Grade 1 sheet. So, the tubes have a consistent wall thickness throughout their length. This cannot be compared to seamless tubing. Then, the titanium welded pipe will be cut to a pre-determined size for easy shipment. Each titanium tubing will perform the ultrasonic test and clean to ensure each one is clean and free of dents. Individual tubes will be carefully wrapped and packaged. Tifac Parts titanium welded tubes are available in two wall thickness options: 1mm(0.039") and 1.2mm(0.047"). The outside diameter can range from 12.7mm to 152.4mm, which is convenient to 1000mm. For the best welding experience, it is better to choose Tifac Parts titanium filler rods, available in 1.2mm and 1.6mm diameters. Recommend 1.0mm welding rods for pie cuts and 1.2mm/1.6mm for flange to pipes or slip joint to tubing connections. Our titanium tubing can work perfectly with our titanium elbows, titanium V-bands, Titanium pie cuts, titanium flex bellows, and titanium bungs.

Shortages
